K10 USB cannot connect to computer

  1. Check whether the blue indicator light on the top of the machine is always on (always on means standby). If the indicator light keeps flashing, it means the machine is in alarm state. Please check whether the machine protective cover is covered. If the indicator light is still flashing after covering, it means that the Z limit switch is not triggered. Please reopen and close the machine protective cover.
  1. Check whether the USB cable is plugged in reverse. The TYPE-C plug is connected to the machine interface, and the USB interface is connected to the computer interface. The correct USB connection is shown in the figure below:

3.Turn on the engraving machine and connect it to the computer via a USB cable. Check if your Windows operating system recognizes your engraving machine as a serial COM port. Depending on the type of control board, this port may appear in the computer's device manager with the name "USB-SERIAL CH340" or "USB Serial Device" or another name. If the computer device manager does not recognize the serial port, visit https://dkjxz.com/ to download the driver and install it.
