K10 engraving image is not clear
Problem 1: The pattern carved on the wood or leather is unclear or part of the carving is missing.
- When the engraving speed is fast, you need to set the overscan value to 1mm (overscan definition: give the laser head a buffer distance. For example, if the overscan is set to 1mm, the laser head will extend 1mm beyond the edge of the engraved image during engraving. If the overscan is set to 1mm, the engraving effect will be better).
PC software: In CUTLABX PC software, double-click the color layer in the "Cutting/Layer" window to open the parameter setting window, and set the overscan value to 1mm, as shown in Figures 1 and 2 below:

Mobile APP: Click the parameter icon in the engraving setting interface to open the parameter setting window and set the overscan value to 1mm, as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4:

Problem 2: The engraved pattern is not clear and there are lines on the engraved image, as shown in the following figure:
1.This phenomenon is caused by the filling spacing value being too large, resulting in unclear engraving images (filling spacing definition: how many lines are laser engraved on a 1mm width. The control software defaults to 0.1mm, which means 10 lines are engraved on a 1mm width. If it is set to 0.05mm, 20 lines are engraved on a 1mm width. The filling spacing values of engraving materials with different hardness are slightly different. Please refer to the engraving parameter table provided)
PC software: In the CUTLABX host computer software, double-click the color layer in the "Cut/Layer" window to open the parameter setting window and change the value of the fill spacing, as shown in Figures 5 and 6 below:
